The aim of this paper is to compare and correlate personality characteristics, self-image and social skills of groups of school children, differentiated by the children's age and gender. Ninety children, equally divided according to gender and three age groups (8, 9 and 10 years old) participated. The following assessments were applied: Childhood Personality Trait Scale (ETPC), Child-Youth Self-Image Scale (EAC-IJ) and Multimedia Children's Social Skills System (SMHSC). The results were compared to the normative data and a statistical treatment was carried out regarding the distribution by age groups and gender and the correlation between the evaluated variables.
