The present work is the result of an intervention experience in the Psychology curriculum of the Catholic University of Santos (Unisantos), in the city of Santos, Brazil. The internship included, among other activities, the group care of insured workers of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) who were in Professional Rehabilitation in the Santos region. This article intends to emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary actions and Psychology in processes of Professional Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Programs during the period of return to work.
