This text examines the inclusion of the Tutelary Council in the practice of intersectoriality that presupposes institutional changes combining knowledge and practices for the guarantee of social rights. Through the methodology of the intervention research and the ideas of Deleuze, Guattari and Foucault, we analyze the daily intersectorial practice through the lines of individualization and power. We conclude that the inclusion of the Tutelary Council in these actions could be guided by the judicialization that prevents the production of the collective.
