This article is an account of group experiences carried out in the articulation between Psychology and Art, more specifically Visual Arts, which we have developed over the last ten years, in the formative context in Psychology of a Group Theories and Techniques course. We argue that group poetics can act as strategies of visibility of what pulsates in lines of force, breaking with instituted specialisms, theories, and professionalism. For this, we make considerations about the instrumentalist imperatives in the works with groups, then what we mean by group poetics, going from the concepts to the report of one of the group experiences in the interface between Psychology and Art.
