The purpose of this study is to show how personorganization fit in ethical climates can be measured, satisfying the commensurability criterion for the two entities (person and organization). Three samples were collected: a) first, the perceived ethical climates were factor-analyzed; b) second, we tested if this dimensional structure could be replicated within preferred ethical climates; c) third, we tested if both dimensional structures were similar within the sarne sample. The findings show that, as far as 5 climates are concemed, it is possible to extract similar dimensional patterns for both entities. However, some psychometric properties were not achieved, suggesting that future studies should be conducted
