Utilizing different levels of analysis, the goal of this study is to investigate the relationships between different Configurations of Organizational Power including; autocracy, missionary, partisan instrumental, closed system, and the merit system, with different character styles including; narcissist, obsessive, collectivist, heroic and civic individualist. Character is considered to be a manifestation of organizational behavior, in terms of established symbolic relationships between the individual and the organization, and power is considered to be an ability to affect organizational results. Undertaken in two stages, the purpose of the first study is to analyze the configurations mentioned above; a Scale of Power Configuration was issued to two hundred employees of a company, 15% of all workers, in order to create a stratified sampie. The second study used semi-structured and collective interviews with 16 employees divided into two groups - bosses and thelr subordinates - to identify predominant character styles m the company. The results indicate that the individuais perceive their organization as a Closed System, with a strong internal coalition, and which has behavior patterns associated to the collective character style, which strives for group cohesion and organizational homogeneity
