This article intends to discuss some of the aspects that in the XX century permit the women get in the in/formal work market. By a gender approach, it tries to demonstrate how the labor world organization and its dynamics is unequal for men and women. This discussion is important because the productive work universe is associate, social and historically, to men and only most recently the researches in the Work Sociology and Psychology demonstrate interest about the gender studies.
