This paper was based on a research that ínvestigated the relation between the organizational climate and the employees satisfaction's in an Integrated Medical Center. The sample was constituted of 41 employees and the employed instruments were the S20/23 satisfaction questionnaire of Meliá e Peiró (1989) and the organizational climate questionnaire of Kolb, Rubin and McIntyre (1978). The results were analyzed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) and were submitted to the Pearson correlation coefficient. We found a significant positive correlation ( r = 0,714; P = 0,000 ) between the searched variables. Moreover, detailed analyses had identified lmportant correlations between the diverse factors that compose the organizacional climate and the labor satisfaction. The results were argued under the optics of several and current revised theories (behavioural, cognitive and humanistic) and they tend to follow the international literature results. ln the conclusions we evidence that this research was a support tool to the management of the investigated organization because it made possible a communication channel between the dírection and the company employees
