This study describes the entrepreneur's informal network structure. These entrepreneurs were participants of technological base incubators in Recife. It is a case study, with a sample that gathers more than 60% of the entrepreneurs that participate of the seven technological base incubators in Recife. An epistemological cut is done when limiting the study to the network standards characterized by specific contents transacted: friendship network, information network and trust network. For the networks plotting, was used the software UCINET 6. It was possible to identify that the trust network is larger than the information network and that strong ties of interaction predominate in the incubators environment. These characteristics do not favor to the innovation process, once the networks of strong ties frequently are closed to the entrance of new information. The findings also showed that the network construction of the incubated entrepreneurs is based on roles diversity
