Social influence has been studied for five decades by psychology. It is exercised through bases of power defined as inputs used by an individual in order to influence another one. In organizational context bases of power utilized by supervisors produce impact in aspects diverse. Therefore this study aim was to esteem the Bases Supervisor Power Scale factorial validity. The 20 items were translated and adapted. Responses of 312 employers were submitted to factorial analysis (principal's axis) with PROMAX rotation. Were retained 4 factors with values > 1,0, witch explain 59% of total variance, with 16 items with charges > 0,30, denominated based of power of: referent, coercion, reward and legitimate. The base of power known as referent was not identified in this sample. Cronbach's Alphas values (0,72 a 0,85) and items total correlations (0,52 a 0,64) revels adequate reliability.
