The informal social network make a social base to consolidate the organizational change once the reactions of changes have effects that happen in the social network context. This current study describes and analyses the social network structure and the individual reactions during an implantation of a rural producers association of Distrito Federal. Structured interviews and a survey to investigate social network's content were used as methodology of study. Fifteen rural producers and five professional people of a rural company of Distrito Federal were part of the study. The interviews showed the producer lonely characteristic linked to his small business and family. The results showed that the reactions of changing were: distrust and fear. The group level of trust in the individual that suggest the introduction of changes and preceding experiences with other associations were important to the producer participation. The social network results also showed that there is few interaction and possibility of growth. The study indicated important actors that can make network structures even better
