Abstract

The employee interaction among his the environment and colleagues produces effects on the level of organization commitment and team commitment expressed by him. Its study intended to test a capacity of prediction of intragroups conflicts and supervisor power bases on organizational commitment and team affective commitment. In order to investigate these relations, reliable scales were applied in 148 employees in organizations from Uberlândia and region. Results of regressions analysis indicated that the reward power base and the relationship conflict explained 30% of the variance of affective team commitment, and the expert power base and the relationship conflict explained 24% of the employee's affective organization commitment. Results were discussed and compared with another studies. Further researches were proposed.
