Abstract

DEMO, Gisela; OLIVEIRA, Áurea de Fátima  and  COSTA, Ana Carolina. Resilience at work: systematic bibliometric review in the brazilian context and national production itineraries. Rev. Psicol., Organ. Trab. [online]. 2017, vol.17, n.3, pp. 180-189. ISSN 1984-6657.  http://dx.doi.org/10.17652/rpot/2017.3.12973.

The modern work environment requires that employees have to be flexible and able to constantly adapt to new demands and challenges, namely a resilient employee. Resilience is placed in the context of positive psychology, in which science and practice are directed to the application and understanding of human qualities and virtues in order to assist people in living happier and more productive lives. Therefore, this study attempts to draw a panorama of national studies on the subject, presenting the results of a systematic bibliometric review of studies published in the journals of psychology and management, revealing the national production itineraries. The panorama that takes shape affirms their contemporary character, such as the insipience of research on the subject in the national reality, which ultimately defines grand opportunities for scientific research that contributes to the progressive advance of theoretical and empirical knowledge about resilience in the context of Brazilian organizations.

Keywords : resilience at work; systematic bibliometric review; national production.
