Abstract

OLIVEIRA, Luana Paula de; SILVA, Flavia Helen Moreira da  and  STICCA, Marina Greghi. Systematic review of academic production in Psychology of Work in Brazil. Rev. Psicol., Organ. Trab. [online]. 2018, vol.18, n.2, pp. 354-363. ISSN 1984-6657.  http://dx.doi.org/10.17652/rpot/2018.2.13688.

This systematic review aimed to evaluate and systematize the academic production in Psychology of Work published in Brazilian databases. The search was carried out using the SciELO Portal, from January to March 2017, considering the papers published from 2010 to 2016. In the initial selection, 4,248 articles were found, of which 180 met the inclusion criteria. A thematic classification was established, and the results demonstrated a prevalence of research on the subject of worker mental health, at the expense of others, such as ergonomics and retirement. From this review, it was possible to identify the main themes that have been studied by this area in Brazil, as well as themes that can be explored, both in the research and in the practice of psychologists in the field of work and organizations.

Keywords : psychology of work; review; national bibliography.
