We aim to present the constitution of the Permanent Intersectorial Forum of Mental Health of the Ourinhos region as a possibility of an instituing process, a collective space of discussion where the networks, bonds and shared liability can be consolidated. Throughout the text, we propose to think this collective space from the parameters of the Psychosocial Attention, reflecting on the context that enabled this setting, highlighting the parameter of the interinstitutional and intrainstitutional relations of the modes of organization, which values the protagonism of the subject and intersectoriality.
