Abstract

The Center for Psychosocial Care for treatment of users of alcohol and other drugs (CAPS ad) is analyzed as a device for producing subjectivity. This discussion was based on analysis off psychiatric hospitalizations, speech, ethical and practices observed in a CAPS ad from a small town in São Paulo. For the basement of this work were used the Lacan’s tese about speech and ethical as social devices for producing, the Costa-Rosa’s studies about Psychosocial Paradigm and the Ministry of Health guidelines. The investigation was made using the dates off quotidian life’s intercessions. The analysis results shows the CAPS ad identity, its logical as universal enunciation and its praxis.
