This work soughts to improve work process and mental health assistence in CAPS (Psychosocial Care Center), using an Existential Phenomenology perspective and the contributions of the National Humanization Policy (PNH). These two perspectives propose a change in the way we see intervene with the humanity. Both believe in humanity renewal capacity, respect singularity and promote humanity autonomy. The methodology used for this study was cartography, and the data collecting used sessions of talking circle with CAPS staff. The objective was build a flowchart and a singular therapeutic project to a service user. The contributions of this work intend to improve participative management and autonomy of all involved CAPS staff. This would improve the work processes and mental health assistece.
