Abstract

JUNIOR, Leconte de Lisle Coelho  and  OKABE, Monica Saemi. The Brazilian Internet's Civil Regulation Process: some ideas about Psychology, Child Pornography, and Pedophilia. Rev. Psicol. UNESP [online]. 2015, vol.14, n.1, pp. 13-25. ISSN 1984-9044.

The article discusses the concepts of child pornography and pedophilia as well as the use of the Internet to exchange and disseminates materials containing these elements. Moreover, the text indicates some possible articulations about Brazilian laws itself and the Psychology. The paper presents several components of virtual child pornography (for example, the Japanese art hentai, American comics, and Brazilian pornographic comics) descriptively as well as the pedophilia as pathology. Lastly, it is showed how Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (“Marco Civil da Internet.)” can be used as a legal protective instrument of children, and are also explained the possibilities for the Psychology to prevent problems usually found on The Internet.
