Abstract

SAKIYAMA, Carolina  and  CAMPOS, Érico Bruno Viana. Alienation and creativity in subjectivity's constitution: counterpoints between Lacan and Winnicott. Rev. Psicol. UNESP [online]. 2016, vol.15, n.1, pp. 26-39. ISSN 1984-9044.

This article approaches the constitution of subjectivity under a psychoanalytic perspective, specially trying to understand how much someone repeats other's desire and how much he can authentically create it in its own identity definition. Its objective is to discuss the dichotomy between alienation and creativity in subjectivity's constitution. In this sense, it will be based in the narcissism, especially employing the concepts of alienation and desire from Lacanian theory and Winnicott's concepts of creat ivity and potential space. Understanding that the contributions of both authors are original and important to this discussion, it stands that they are useful to enable the further understanding of the fundamental dilemmas in defining human identity.

Keywords : psychoanalysis; narcissism; alterity; alienation; creativity.
