The Compulsive-Obsessive upset is an upset characterized by obsessions and compulsions affecting significantly the quality of life of the individuals. In the sphere of the treatment. This study aimed to identify which techniques of Therapy Comportamental Cognitiva (TCC) more used in psychotherapy so that his results serve of base for the taking decision clinics based on evidences. For so much, there happened an inquiry of revision of literature integrativa looking for studies of clinical cases. It was possible to identify that the techniques of Psicoeducação and of Exhibition of Prevention of Answers as the most used techniques. It identified also the lack of publications that on the application of the TCC m clinical context being that this presents itself a dificultador for the clinical taking decision based on evidences.
