This review aims to present and criticize Sigmund Freud's Five Lessons in Psychoanalysis, 1905, the first issue of a n ew editorial project of the founder of psychoanalysis, translated directly from German, by the Cienbook stamp of Edipro Publishing House in 2019. This is a well - designed editorial project, with careful, up-to-date and consistent translation. Of particular note is the proposal to edit the books separately, highlighting the most important and systematization works , starting with its more classic text of dissemination. The p ublishing is well done in terms of cover design and core, with affordable price. The pr eface presents well the scope of the text in the work of the author and in the history of psychoanalysis. It is designed for lay people and beginners to learn about Freud's ideas, especially for undergraduates.
