Dynamic aphasia can be observed in adults as a consequence of brain injury. The main feature of this syndrome is absence of verbal intention with conservation of other aspects of language. This syndrome is not commonly found in clinical practice nor proposals for rehabilitation of communicative intention in patients. The objective of this article is to present the effects of program for neuropsychological rehabilitation in left handed patient with dynamic aphasia. Severe spatial deficits were detected in this case together with absence of verbal expression. The results of the elaboration and application of the neuropsychological rehabilitation program are shown. The content of the rehabilitation program is presented with relevant examples of the patient executions before, during and after the intervention. We discuss that it is possible to found non common manifestations of syndrome of dynamic aphasia in left-handed subject. The usage of directed neuropsychological rehabilitation could provide positive results.
