The aim of this work is to show the effectiveness of neuropsychological intervention from historical-cultural approach in the case of adolescent whit learning disabilities. We analyze the principal mechanism that affected the learning of the adolescent and found two mechanism as responsible; first, the regulation and control of activity and second, the mechanism of kinetic organization of movements. The intervention was oriented to strengthen these mechanisms through a program by stages designed under the principles of activity theory. Our results showed positive changes in the post-treatment evaluation regarding pretreatment evaluation, improvement observed mainly in their ability to organize their school activity, in visual and audio-verbal memory tasks, in synthesis and texts comprehension, motor organization at graphic and verbal level, troubleshooting, and more.
