Abstract

URIBE, Ana Fernanda  and  ORCASITA, Linda Teresa. Analysis of Knowledge, Attitudes, Self-effocacy and Susceptibility to HIV/AIDS in Teachers of Educational Institutions in Cali-Colombia. rev. psicol. univ. antioquia [online]. 2011, vol.3, n.1, pp. 39-57. ISSN 2145-4892.

The purpose of this study was to characterize the knowledge, attitudes, susceptibility and self-efficacy about HIV/AIDS reported by a group of educators in Cali, Colombia. Educators and teachers are agents of change, and facilitators of teenagers' socialization processes. Some research reports some gaps and weaknesses in the training and professional development of educators in these specific fields. This research confirms those researches' findings.
