This article presents the research results of a study about the experience of teenage parenthood. The study describes how Medellín City's male teenagers experienced the pregnancy of their partners. The Study sought to understand how pregnancy affects the couple's relationship, and their family life. It also wanted to understand what are the implications of pregnancy for these young men and the present and future consequences on their lives. The sample consisted of 16 adolescent boys. It used a qualitative research methodology being the open interview technique the chosen instrument for collecting the data.
