Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify psychosocial labour risk factors. Researchers made use of a descriptive cross-sectional study and a convenience sampling. They applied the Battery designed by the Ministerio de la Protección Social [MPS] and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2010), to recognize psychosocial risk factors. Ninety six workers, from administrative area of a public institution, took part of this study. A percentage of 58,33% were women and 41,67% were men. In intra-labour conditions, it was found a high-risk in dimensions such as social relationships. By the other hand, in extra-labour conditions, it was found a high-risk and very high-risk in dimensions quality of home and environment and influence of work into extra-labour environment.
