This paper seeks to share the experience of an Occupational Therapist in an Emergency Psychological Assistance to people who have lost a loved one significant death, highlighting the mourning process and its possible manifestations in the occupational and the social, as well as the importance of assistance the Occupational Therapist inserted in multidisciplinary teams to provide assistance to the bereaved.
