Abstract

The article discusses the Sexual and Gender Diversity as a possibility of building critical social subjects, which reproduce a new mentality in society in relation to sexual orientation, dispel prejudice and find ways that gender violence is mitigated. The goal is to ponder the construction of critical subject and participant in society. The research method is qualitative analysis on the subject. The results point to the stigma of philosophical reflection on human sexuality. He concluded by stating that education and gender diversity is an effective way to provoke discussion around the negativity of sexism and power relations in society can be reviewed as a result of a more socially harmonious.
