The phenomenon of identification and repetition of family and socio-cultural heritage, specifically when it is repeated decharacterizes what is constitutive of human and discourages the encounter between two otherness, has been the subject of great concern and generated numerous psychosocial studies, many of them reducing it the the psychic and / or social statement. Through Edith Stein is possible clarify this phenomenon, allowing apprehend the repeat event from a free act and under the laws of motivation, making the process of identification with the other and with the world as an expression of active sphere, an interrelation between categories of human life with the socio-cultural space. The transmission of family heritage is apprehended beyond the sensible plan and the socio-cultural environment, enabling the understanding of the relationship between psychic phenomena and cultural processes.
