The 3.088 Ordinance 2011 establishing the Psychosocial Care Network that empowers all levels of care from the National Health System to work in mental health. In this model, the notion of territory is central to ensuring comprehensiveness of care. This work sought to reflect on the phenomenology of Husserl on the possibilities of the territory in mental health in the 1st Health Regional of Paraná, which comprises the municipalities of the coast of the State. Characterized as na phenomenological research, six professionals working in Psychosocial Care were interviewed and quantitative health data were also collected from DATASUS, IBGE and Secretary of Health. Positive aspects of the territory were highlighted by professionals, such as the use Of the beach in therapeutic workshops, and negative aspects, such as the seasonal season in the summer that decreases adherence to the service and increases the number of relapses in the case of users who use alcohol and drugs.
