Abstract

GOTO, Tommy Akira; HOLANDA, Adriano Furtado  and  COSTA, Ileno Izidio da. Transcendental phenomenology and the phenomenological psychology of Edmund Husserl. Rev. NUFEN [online]. 2018, vol.10, n.3, pp. 38-54. ISSN 2175-2591.  http://dx.doi.org/10.26823/RevistadoNUFEN.vol10.n03artigo35.

This article aims to rescue Edmund Husserl's original meaning and proposition of Phenomenological Psychology as a Psychology that deals effectively with subjectivity and the human psyche from the essential phenomenon that characterizes the human being: the intentional consciousness. In this way, he tries to seek, with Husserlian precision, to recover the philosophical bases of a rigorous science of the psychic - Phenomenological Psychology -, which is not confused with the philosophical foundations of the Phenomenology, but which should walk, "as a rigorous science of the psychological" at the side of this, aiming to overcome the crisis of positivist and scientistic psychology and laying the foundations for an effective psychology of the human being.

Keywords : Scientific psychology; Subjectivity; psychic.
