This article aims to highlight the relevance and potentiality of teamwork in the Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS), they are considered as an important device in mental health field. Data was collected on two field experiments (2005 and 2013) in three CAPS in the city of Goiânia (GO). The method used was qualitative approach and the instruments utilized were reflexive operational groups and semistructured interviews with professionals, CAPS managers and the manager of the Division of Mental Health / SMS. Through cartographic analysis it was possible to correlate between teamwork and rhizomatic construction proposed by Deleuze and Guattari. The teamwork was considered an important factor that provoked greater or lesser power in shared decisions, critical evaluation of the work and in the manifestation of involvement in the collective projects.
