The present article deals with a study of the discursive structures of the récit mythologique (mythological narrative) and specifically an analysis of the myth of Corpus Hermeticum1.12-15, in regards to the beginning of the coincidence of the opposites or by biunity incident in the text. The myth that will be analysed, in the present article, is strictly the mythological narrative of the episode of the catabasis of the Man (Corp. Herm. 1.12-15). To proceed methodologically, it is necessary to expose the understanding on the homo religiosus hermeticus and his category regarding the religious fact. So, the myth of the Corp is analysed. Herm. 1.12-15, having like principals dock theoreticians the eliadean ideas. And, finally, it is looked to characterize the incidence of the divine bi-unity, of the coinciding of opposites as well as the motif of the report of the myth in order to explain why the men are mortal, what the cause is mortis of the human being and the implications of the love-sex (ερως)
