Abstract

MOURA, Débora de Toledo; STEFANISZEN, Victor; MAGALHAES, Tatiana Benevides  and  FARINHA, Marciana G.. Enlarged clinic and network: experience report in SUAS. Rev. NUFEN [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.2, pp. 118-139. ISSN 2175-2591.  http://dx.doi.org/10.26823/RevistadoNUFEN.vol12.nº02artigo69.

This experience report approaches the development of intervention modalities aiming the psychosocial gaze, the territory and the articulated action of the care network covering the complexity of the situation of vulnerable children and adolescents. Clinical cartography was used as a method, and the experience was reported in logbooks, reports and recorded supervisions. Then, a narrative analyzed phenomenologically was elaborated. Participants were a mother and four children, university extension staff and health care and social work network professionals. The report indicates that the lack of community support network and health and rights guarantee network contributed to the aggravation of the case, which directed the team to the enlarged clinic, seeking to build autonomy through a referential space in which the complexity of the case could be covered.
