The present study aims to think about the Henriana phenomenological category of pathos avec, to suffer with, bringing it closer to the reflection on the groups of significant others that are characterized by collective experiences that have an intense affective exchange between the members that constitute it. Method: this is a phenomenological essay that aims to propose fundamental elements for the construction of a phenomenological practice of Henrian character in research with human groups in Health Psychology. Results: As main results it can be seen that: 1 - The pathos avec helps to understand the processes of transference and modalization or appropriation of oneself within the group, opening the possibility for the construction of a new approach of phenomenological inspiration. 2 - Inter-affectivity as a field to be explored in group dynamics and processes. Limits: It is necessary to develop methodological steps that make these possibilities feasible.
