ABSTRACT Based on the phenomenon-structural method, an analysis of drawings made in online psychotherapy during the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out with a college student who mentions suicidal ideation at the initial attendece. The drawings show the evolution of the process, with themes that shows the intensification of psychological suffering during the pandemic. The student shows stylistic talent by expressing himself trough images, the feeling of loss and the anguish of loneliness. His drawings are considered self-portraits, with sensory elements and also ruptures, but the sensority prevails. It is observed that the subjective involvement reveals it self trough the images, as an indication of the potenciality of the therapeutic encounter mediated by digital technologies. The phenomenon-structural analysis proved to be significant, as it allowed the free expression of subjectivity and a deep understanding of the student's suffering.
