ABSTRACT The offer of assistance programs to students at the Federal University of Pará (FUOP) has been presented as a fundamental support network when carrying out integrated actions of pedagogical, psychosocial and economic support, thus enabling the health promotion of students and his stay at the university. At FUOP, student assistance actions are managed by the Student Assistance Superintendency and its Student Integration Coordination (SAS/SIC), one of these services being Emergency Psychological Reception (EPR), which sought to offer qualified listening and support students emotional vulnerability, providing remote assistance through video calls. The service is shown as an important support network for students who are living in this pandemic moment. The EPR was a beneficial service not only for undergraduate students who sought care, but also the formation of the team of interns who continued to work even in the face of adversity.
