The Legal Psychology, when analyzing and collaborating for an assertive understanding of judicial processes, has in the parecista, specialist who analyzes the subjectivity of people based on a set of knowledge. Logotherapy describes man as a biological, psychological and noetic being. This article is justified because it considers that human existence is permeated by suffering and even so, that man wants to find meaning for his existence. The method of reviewing literature of the narrative type and analyzing the concepts in a qualitative way with a dialectical and deductive description. In this context, the general objective is to describe the noetic dimension of the Greek philosopher Socrates in the face of the absence of humanistic values in the personalities of his detractors, based on the philosophy of Max Ferdinand Scheler
