Abstract

Based on Derrida's book Force of Law - the mystic foundation of authority, I propose the outstanding of the radical implication between deconstruction and justice as well as the critical distinction between justice and right. Working through these major aspects, we may see the development of considerations of political order (the actual application of law, its authority, the practice of a "just right"), of ethical order (justice is due to the other, performing the experience of radical alterity), and of esthetical order (the strangeness of discovering justice as impossible, incalculable).
