The present work is focused on the relation between Public Polices and Education for Human Rights and Sexual Diversity from two main points of view: the political action of public managers and of educators. Both are essential for the occurrence of a social transformation of our reality. Besides that, they are related to political phenomena that transform the intimacy spaces, privacy and public. In this process, the educational space is a key element of daily life and has special interest for Brazilian Political Psychology.
