The article treats of a case, which was assisted by the Clinical Work listening. It has as main objective to relate the drive investment and its destinies to suffering experienced by the worker. The used method it is structured in three axes: devices for analytical listening, formation of clinicians and supervision. Results appoint new ways of drive destinies must be found, so the subject may invest in something that he realize that he can transform.
