The present work analyzes the conceptualization about the logic of the signifier and the object in the constitution of the subject in the work of formalization of psychoanalytical concepts in the return to Freud, undertaken by Lacan. To this end, the work starts from the epistemological departure from psychoanalysis of the so-called human sciences to develop a conceptualization about the subject's entry into discourse and the incidence of this event on the psychic constitution.
