KEHL, Mariana Salles  y  FORTES, Isabel. Feminine Aspirations: On Stefan Zweig's Literature and the Incidences of Jouissance in Love. Trivium [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.1, pp. 83-100. ISSN 2176-4891.  http://dx.doi.org/10.18379/2176-4891.2021v1p.83.

Considering the possibilities of dialogue between psychoanalysis and literature, Letter from an Unknown (1922), a novel by Stefan Zweig, is used as a methodological resource to develop and illustrate the terms alluded to in the title of this article. The feminine jouissance and its articulation with love is examined under two axes: from the resumption of Freud's questioning about women's desire and Lacan's trajectory regarding the logic of sexuation in the conformities of the feminine and, also through the concession of "madness", or in popular Brazilian language, "pirações", as women's insignia related to jouissance, love, and devastation.

Palabras clave : PSYCHOANALYSIS; STEFAN ZWEIG; FEMININE JOUISSANCE; LOVE; DEVASTATION.
