Based on historical and current data on the Brazilian performance of women in leadership positions in UN peacekeeping missions, a development is carried out, based on psychoanalysis, on gender issues, the concept of feminine and the advent of woman, in order to, in the end, undertake a discussion about prejudice and rejection around women who occupy leadership positions.
