Abstract

CABALOUE, Sophie. Domestic violence in lesbian love the geometry senseless of the love of Susana Guzner. Rev. Psicol. Saúde [online]. 2014, vol.6, n.1, pp. 119-123. ISSN 2177-093X.

The novel Susana Guzner, La insensata geometría del amor, published in 2001 and translated into French in 2005, updates a fact often overlooked: the lesbian domestic violence. Argentine writer, exiled the Canaries after the murder of her sister by the armed forces of the military regime, uses writing as "war machine". This novel has the appearance of a symbiotic love story between two women, as it is more destructive passion, where the executioner is not a military but a lesbian woman. Psychological manipulations implemented and physical violence in the couple allow the author to an invisible reality, but also to consider the violence in its worst perversity, and finally prove that is not forcefully where you we expect.

Keywords : Lesbian; Lesbophobia; Domestic violence; Gender stereotypes.
