The article presents an analysis of the experience of the laborers who work in an electrical company from a rural area, based in the expedient called "Photos workshop" and exerts as theoretical reference the Clinical Practice of Activity. The aim of this study is to analyze the electrician workers' activity in Maricá, a city in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The context of the study is the outsourcing system, where labor deregulation is an aggravating factor. According to it, developing the organization of work and enriching its professional collectively is essential. The Photos Workshop was chosen as an intervention and research device in order to use the images as the trigger of the co-analysis of the work, giving rise to a collective reality presented in all activities of the labor. It also aims to provide that other more powerfoul relationships can be (re) created through the expansion of their possibilities of action.
