Pregnancy is considered a normal transition period, it favors the normal emotional women growth and for the baby's arrival in the family. However, this period, provided with turbulences, must be followed and supported by family, friends and people able to power women to face insecurities conducive to appear. This study identifies the understanding, expectations and meanings for women in their care during pregnancy, showing the existence of different kinds of support. This is an exploratory qualitative research with eight pregnant women used as samples, primiparous/multiparous, admitted in a Maternity Hospital referenced by risk pregnancy, using semi-structured interviews with triggering issue for understanding the experience. Four theme have been prepared for discussion, and it has been possible to realize that through the support of a network, made by family, social or health professional, lead the safety and guidance of women for more effective monitoring of pregnancy.
