Abstract

PINTO, Werusca Marques Virote de Sousa  and  ANDRADE, Regina Glória Nunes. Chatting with military culture from actor network theory (ANT). Rev. Psicol. Saúde [online]. 2015, vol.7, n.2, pp. 108-114. ISSN 2177-093X.

This study aims to reflect on the military hierarchy, the Actor Network Theory to understand the impacts of this cultural aspect in personal and family life of military officers of the Brazilian Army. This is a discussion within the social psychology that seeks a dialogue with cultural studies and the Military Culture. The actor-network theory intends to follow in the footsteps of actors, observe and describe their interactions and networks that stabilize around elements with which it interacts. And so, discuss the construction of subjectivities permeated by these joints and crossings. The study presents briefly, questions about the everyday life of the families of the Brazilian Army officers and plans to raise new questions in this context with little research.

Keywords : Hierarchy; Culture; Military; Actor-network theory.
