Mobbing can be understood as acts which hurt the worker rights and dignity. The main study objectives were: To verify the mobbing prevalence in community health agents sample and analyze the mobbing impact in their mental health and job involvement. The sample study was constituted for 121 community health agents. The Mobbing Perception Scale (ET-AMP), Goldberg General Health Questionnaire Brief (GHQ 12) and the Job Involvement Scale (JIS) were used on it. The results have showed that 2,47% of workers reported mobbing. A positive weak correlation was verified between mobbing and mental suffering, the same point has not happened between mobbing and job involvement. The number of workers who reported experiencing mobbing was lower when compared to others national and international studies. However, workers who report harassment show damage in your mental health.
