The research illustrates the quantitative data relating to the attendances of a unit of Psychosocial Care, located in Jaguaré city, Northern Espírito Santos states'area, developed from January to October, in 2014. it deals with all the medical records performed by the unit psychiatrist and psychologist, recording and assessing the diagnostic classification (ICD-10) from each attendance, sex and age, making it possible to draw and analyze a graphic of each patient diagnosed route. The objective had been trace a first profile of psychopathology found in the city and a possible connection between the three variables in an attempt to visualize possible flaws in the mental health service network. As a result, it was recorded 416 patients served by the unit, a total of 746 attendances and diagnostic hypotheses, assignment of 55 mental disorders. The highest records were for Depressive Episodes (F32) with 88 patients; Mixed anxiety and depressive disorder (F41.2), with 82 patients; Bipolar Affective Disorder (F31) with 44 patients; Paranoid Schizophrenia (F20.0), with 38 patients; Mental Retardation (F70) with 28 patients and Hyperkinetic Disorders (F90.0) with 22 diagnosed patients. This study compares the data collected to studies and researchs conducted by the World Health Organization, regarding the prevalence of mental disorders (sex and age), obtaining similar results. The paper also discusses about changing diagnosis of a meeting to another, identifying the presence of said diagnostic and pathogenic comorbidities.
